Due the Coronavirus pandemic a lot of businesses have been forced to test out what it is like to have workers running things from home. A lot of businesses are going to start doing things this way as a new normal as the tests have shown how cost efficient this can be. In order to run a team without having them in our presence we have to make a few adjustments.
