A lot of research has been done in different areas with regard to the Covid pandemic. But one area that hasn’t been studied at length is consumer behavior. Studies are now being done in terms of social media behavior during the pandemic and after. This is important, because social media behavior can be related to consumer purchase behaviors. And changes in consumer purchase behaviors can lead to changes in marketing. Social media as a marketing tool in and of itself became important, as people were having less outside contact with people.
